San Diego Sarang Church

 

The Korean church currently faces a heart-breaking division amongst first and second generations. It is common to see many young Korean-Americans leave the church and their faith because of contrasting opinions due to differences in culture. At the same time, we see a powerful movement of young Korean-American leaders bridging the gap, as they advance God's kingdom with multi-ethnic ministry strategies. SD Sarang Church is one of the many Korean churches in San Diego with an English Ministry for college students and young adults. Elders of SD Sarang and I believe in the power of Korean American Christians and multi-ethnic ministry to share the gospel to the ends of the earth. We desire to simultaneously teach God's heart for Korea and America, so that young Korean Americans will be in touch with their roots while reaching out to their multi-ethnic communities in America.
